Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of regaldi.ai (the "site"), operated by Regaldi LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Regaldi", "we"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Software and services are not delivered through this site; they are delivered under a separate written engagement letter, and where these terms and an engagement letter differ, the engagement letter controls.

01Use of the site

You may read the site and send us messages through it for lawful business purposes. You may not scrape it in bulk, probe or overload it, attempt to gain access to any system behind it, submit false or misleading information through its forms, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may restrict or suspend access to anyone who does.

02No professional advice

The site describes software that supports sales, pharmacy, and production operations, including systems used in regulated environments. Regaldi does not practice pharmacy, provide legal advice, or guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or Board of Pharmacy, FDA, or other regulatory requirement. Nothing on the site, including the practice notes, is legal, regulatory, medical, or pharmacy advice, and nothing on it creates a professional relationship with you. Where Regaldi software is used in pharmacy or sterile-production operations, it is a decision-support tool; it does not ensure the quality, sterility, or safety of any compounded or dispensed product, and any AI-generated information must be independently verified by the licensed professional before use. Each client is solely responsible for configuring, validating, and operating its system in accordance with the laws applicable to its practice.

03Intellectual property

The text, design, product names (Legate, Herald, Ledger, Quarry), logos, and screens on this site belong to Regaldi or its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site, its screens, or its product descriptions for commercial use without our written consent. Intellectual-property terms for delivered software are defined in the engagement letter, not here.

04Third-party links

The site links to external sites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and regulatory sources. Those sites are not under our control; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

05Product screens and results

Product screens shown on this site are captured from running applications populated with representative demonstration data; no client or patient information is displayed. Performance results described reflect specific client engagements and are not a representation of results in any other environment. Product descriptions may refer to features in development; availability and scope are confirmed only in writing.

06No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is current or complete at any moment.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regaldi and its members, principals, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or business, arising out of or connected with your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a signed engagement letter, which has its own terms.

08Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

09Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page states the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
