- 02 How it is used
- Form messages are read by a principal and used only to answer you. Legate may organise an inquiry and draft a reply; a person reviews it before it is sent. Nothing is used for advertising, sold, rented or traded.
- 03 Who handles it
- Cloudflare, Vercel and FormSubmit for the site and the form; Google Workspace for the mailbox; the AI model providers behind Legate when it helps draft a reply, and OpenAI for the voice console. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
- 04 Your requests
- Write to office@regaldi.ai from the address you used to see, correct or delete what we hold. There is no charge.

The site sets no cookies of its own and does not fingerprint visitors. No other third-party scripts, pixels or advertising trackers run here.
This policy describes what Regaldi LLC ("Regaldi", "we") collects when you visit regaldi.ai, what is done with it, and how to ask us about it. The site is a business website intended for professional users in the United States. It is not a patient portal, it does not process prescriptions, and it does not receive protected health information.
01What we collect
Nothing you do not send. The site sets no cookies of its own and does not fingerprint visitors. Three kinds of data exist as a result of an ordinary visit:
- Hosting logs. The site is served through Vercel behind the Cloudflare network. Both record the requests they handle: IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamp. These logs are kept by each host on its own retention schedule and are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookieless analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and load times. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile, and does not record personal identifiers.
- Form submissions. If you send a message through a form on this site, the fields you fill in (typically your name, company, email address, and the text of your message) are relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to office@regaldi.ai as an email.
- The voice console. On the try it now page you may speak with Legate. Before the microphone opens you give a name, an email address and a phone number and agree to the conversation being written down; those three fields become an enquiry held in Regaldi's own system. While you speak, your words and the assistant's answers are transcribed and stored as text with that enquiry. The audio is not stored, by us or by the speech provider. A conversation lasts at most five minutes.
Web fonts are served from regaldi.ai itself; no font request leaves the site. No other third-party scripts, pixels, or advertising trackers run on this site.
02How it is used
Form submissions are read by a principal of the practice and used only to answer you. Hosting logs are used to detect abuse and diagnose faults. Analytics are used in aggregate to see which pages are read. We do not use any of this data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone.
To organise an inquiry and prepare a draft reply, Regaldi may use Legate, its own assistant, and the AI model providers behind it. A person reads every message and reviews any reply before it is sent. The assistant does not connect to your accounts and does not act on your behalf.
A transcript from the voice console is read by a principal for the same purpose: to answer you. It is also kept so that a later conversation can continue rather than start over. If you return and give the same email address and phone number, the assistant may know your name and a short summary of what was discussed before; a partial match gets only your name. You can ask us to forget it at any time, and the console never reads stored details aloud unless you raise them first.
03Third parties
The named providers are the only third parties that handle visitor data on this site: Cloudflare (network proxy and cookieless analytics), Vercel (hosting), FormSubmit (form relay), Google Workspace (the company mailbox that receives form submissions and email), the AI model providers behind Legate, currently Anthropic and Google, which may process the content of an inquiry when Legate helps organise it or draft a reply, and OpenAI, whose speech model carries the conversation on the voice console and receives the audio and text of that conversation while it is running. Each processes data under its own published terms and privacy policy. We do not share personal data with any other party unless required by law or needed to protect the rights or safety of the practice or its clients.
04Retention
Messages sent through a form arrive in the company mailbox and stay there as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as the correspondence is relevant to a possible or actual engagement, and then according to our records-retention practice. Hosting and proxy logs are retained by Cloudflare and Vercel for the periods stated in their own policies; we do not extend that retention. Analytics data is aggregate and holds no personal identifiers.
05Your choices and requests
You do not need to submit any form to read this site. If you have sent us personal data and want to know what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, write to office@regaldi.ai from the address you used. We will confirm the request and act on it within a reasonable time, unless the data must be kept to meet a legal obligation or to document an existing engagement. There is no charge for such a request.
06Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions reach us as email and are held in the company mailbox, which is accessible only to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission over the internet is guaranteed secure; do not send confidential material through the site, and if you need to share it, write first so we can agree on a channel.
07Data inside client engagements
This policy covers the public website only. Data that a client places in a system Regaldi builds or operates for it is governed by the written engagement letter for that project and, where applicable, a business associate agreement under HIPAA. Those documents, not this page, define what is collected, who may access it, and how long it is kept.
08Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to office@regaldi.ai and we will delete it.
09Changes
We may revise this policy when the site or the providers it relies on change. The effective date at the top of the page states the current version. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
