Design the room. Keep every order in view.

Your AI assistant compares vendor quotes, prepares approval packets, and tracks the paperwork from selection to delivery. You choose the design, set the price, and release the order.

Footage of people is AI-generated and illustrative. Product screens are faithful recreations of Regaldi interfaces on fictional demonstration data. AI-generated fictional demonstration. Not a client project.
Film transcript

A room takes judgment. Every selection brings quotes, approvals, and an order to follow through.

Studio compares three vendor quotes, flags a finish mismatch, and prepares a Word comparison and client approval PDF. Your designer makes the choice.

Legate prepares the furnishing proposal with your prices, disclosures, and tax settings. Client approval comes before a person releases the order.

With Studio and Legate, Regaldi runs twenty-two of forty-three recurring processes, prepares twelve for the designer's decision, and leaves nine with the studio and its responsible professionals.

Studio prepares the documents. Legate keeps inquiries, approvals, and follow-ups in view. Two tools around your studio's work.

You choose the design, set the markup, and release every order. Supplier compensation is disclosed. AI marketing calls need prior express written consent. The materials come together through your judgment. The next decision stays with you.

In short

Regaldi LLC is a Florida software company that gives residential and light commercial interior design studios an AI assistant for the paperwork from selection to delivery. Regaldi Studio compares vendor quotes and prepares client approval packets and order records, and Legate prepares proposals and keeps approved follow-through moving. Of the 43 recurring processes mapped for a design studio, Regaldi runs 22 with a person at the studio confirming, prepares 12 for the designer’s decision, and leaves 9 with the studio and its responsible professionals, including design and selections, price and markup, order commitment and final acceptance. Regaldi does not practise interior design, buy or sell furnishings or hold client money. Files stay in the studio’s folder; content read for a task passes through Regaldi’s server to the AI provider, currently Anthropic or OpenAI. Work starts with one workflow and a written scope, and the designer reviews each draft.

Catch the mismatch before the order.

Studio compares the item, finish, dimensions, freight, lead time and cancellation terms in your vendor quotes.

Choice: designer. Client price: principal. Order release: purchasing lead.

Studio reads the PDF, Word and spreadsheet files you supply and prepares Word and PDF outputs. Dimension checks compare written numbers; Studio does not measure drawings, select the sofa or promise that an item can be delivered.

Staff confirm every order submission from their mailbox or browser; status reports and receiving photos come from staff, email or the vendor’s site. Legate carries the agreed follow-ups.

Compare acknowledgments promptly; same-day exception escalation is the configured target. Additional merchant terms and written confirmations need timely review.

The reasonable-time objection rule and the ten-day merchant-confirmation rule are different, and neither is a general ten-day cancellation right. No delivery-date promise. §672.207, F.S.

These are administrative responsibility assignments, not 43 integrations, unattended execution or a measure of time saved. Design choices, signatures, seals, client money, construction and disputes stay with responsible people. No autonomous orders or homeowner lists built from public records.

Your design. Your price. Your release.

Regaldi organizes the evidence. Your studio makes the decisions: scope and compensation, the agreement signature, design and selections, pricing and markup, the commitment to order, final acceptance, and disputes, liens and claims. Sealed permit documents stay with a registered interior designer or architect, and construction with licensed contractors.

Regaldi LLC is a Florida software company. It does not practise interior design or architecture, buy or sell furnishings, hold client money, act as a contractor, or apply a professional seal or signature.

Florida does not require registration to practise interior design; registration controls the title “registered interior designer” and seals where a permitting body requires them; the designer never does structural, MEP or life-safety work and is not a contractor. §481.213(8) §481.229

Structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and life-safety work belongs to appropriately qualified architects, engineers and licensed contractors. A registered interior designer or architect signs, dates and seals required interior-design permit documents under responsible supervising control. Regaldi never stores, applies or forwards a professional seal or digital signature, and a client’s in-app agreement signature is not a professional seal. Check local requirements.

Responsibilities and limits

The limits each workflow keeps, by topic. Processes on the map link here.

Titles, seals and the design boundary§§481.203, 481.213(8), 481.2131(1), 481.221, 481.223, 481.229, F.S.

Florida does not require registration to practise interior design. Registration controls the title “registered interior designer” and seals where a permitting body requires them. A registered interior designer or an architect signs, dates and seals required interior-design permit documents under responsible supervising control. Regaldi never stores, applies or forwards a professional seal or digital signature, and the AI assistant never calls itself a designer.

Interior design covers nonstructural interior elements. Structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and life-safety work belongs to appropriately qualified architects, engineers and licensed contractors, and the studio does not act as a contractor. Check local requirements, which can be stricter.

Compensation and disclosure§481.2131(2), F.S.; Rule 61G1-12.001(6), F.A.C.

Scope and the method of compensation are settled before the agreement. Fees, percentages, markups, trade discounts, rebates, commissions, gifts and other supplier compensation are disclosed to the client in writing, and supplier compensation requires the client’s knowledge and agreement. Conflicts are logged. Full disclosure is presented as the studio’s practice on every job; how the statute reaches residential work is a question for counsel.

Sales tax and resale records§§212.02(16), 212.05, 212.07(1)(b), 212.18, F.S.; Rule 12A-1.001(2)(a), F.A.C.

A design fee tied to a furnishing sale is part of the taxable selling price; a genuinely separate design-only service may be treated differently. The studio and its accountant determine taxability, rates, county surtax, exemptions and mixed-contract treatment. Legate applies the per-line rate a person enters; it does not determine the law, and there is no tax engine.

Staff issue invoices and deposit requests from the studio’s accounting software. Regaldi neither holds nor moves client money. Keep dealer registration, the annual resale certificate and supporting exemption records current.

Approvals, orders and vendor terms§§672.201, 672.207, 501.021-501.031, F.S.

Each order follows the client’s signed selection approval and a person’s release. The system never pays, moves money or accepts a vendor’s terms. Acknowledgments are compared promptly, with same-day escalation as the configured target; additional merchant terms and written confirmations need timely review. The reasonable-time objection rule and the ten-day merchant-confirmation rule are different, and neither is a general cancellation right.

Terms cover custom and non-cancellable goods, deposits, freight, receiving, storage, restocking, changes, cancellations and ownership of drawings and photographs, checked against counsel-approved templates. In-home sales can carry a three-business-day right to cancel and a prescribed “BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL” notice; the requested-specific-services exclusion may apply. Counsel decides before the studio uses that agreement.

Delivery, buildings and claims§720.3035(1)(a), F.S.

Building and association packets follow the actual declaration, landlord requirements, insurance conditions, elevator reservations and delivery windows; the owner signs and submits. An association reviews only what its declaration and published guidelines allow. Claims use the actual vendor or carrier terms and bill of lading, not a universal deadline. Ratings are copied from supplier documents, not certified by the AI assistant. No delivery-date promise.

Disputes and liens§§713.03, 713.08(5), F.S.

For disputes, keep approvals, versions, receipts and correspondence. The 90-day claim-of-lien recording deadline after final furnishing is flagged for counsel’s review. Eligibility, the legally relevant date and whether loose furnishings support a lien are decided by the principal with counsel; no lien or notice is recorded automatically.

Images and portfolio§481.223(1)(b), F.S.; Rule 61G1-12.001(2), F.A.C.

Vendor images are used under the vendor’s terms; an illustration is never proof of the specified product. Portfolio entries use the studio’s actual role, correct professional titles, photographer credit and rights, and client permission; a home is not identified without permission. Any generated room concept is labelled as an illustration, never a photograph of completed work or an exact specified item.

Private homes and dataRule 61G1-12.001(6)(h), F.A.C.

Addresses, plans and interior photos stay in the studio’s controlled files. Gate and alarm codes stay out of messages. Nothing is published without permission. Files stay in your studio’s folder; content the AI assistant reads for a task passes through Regaldi’s server to the AI provider, currently Anthropic or OpenAI, and memory and uploads are stored on Regaldi’s server under written access, retention and deletion terms. One studio’s clients and vendors are never used for another studio.

Calls, texts and emailTCPA; FCC 24-17; §§501.059, 501.616(6), 934.03, F.S.; CAN-SPAM

Furnishings for a home are consumer goods, so the full telephone rules apply to homeowners. AI or automated marketing calls and automated marketing texts require prior express written consent, including business cell phones. The AI assistant identifies itself. Apply national, Florida and internal do-not-call checks, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the recipient’s location, and no more than three solicitation calls in 24 hours on the same subject. Recording requires every participant’s consent. Staff dial prospecting calls; autonomous dialing stays off.

Email uses an accurate sender, the studio’s postal address and a working opt-out honored within ten business days and suppressed promptly. An inquiry or a published business number is not blanket marketing consent. Telephone-seller licensing or an exemption is reviewed with counsel; no blanket business-to-business exemption is claimed.

These defaults are assumptions for illustration, not measurements of any studio. A count of processes does not measure their duration, so adjust the share. Headcount changes capacity, not workload.

Estimate

≈ 18.1 modeled hours a week of administrative work

About 9.1% of 200 studio hours a week under the comparison assumption. Workload selected for evaluation: about 9.3 hours, 4.6% of studio hours.

(4 inquiries × 20 min + 8 projects × 90 min) ÷ 60 + 60 order lines × 12 ÷ 50 weeks × 20 min ÷ 60 = 18.1 hours a week; × 51.2% = 9.3 selected for evaluation

An estimate from the assumptions shown, not measured studio results or promised savings. Review and approval still take time.
