Regaldi helps pharmaceutical and healthcare teams improve one workflow at a time, starting with a bottleneck agreed together, and builds the system that runs it: prescriber relationships and orders, production, and the assistant beside the people who sign. Three of our products are also sold on their own, to any business.

04 · The terms, plainly Before anything is ordered

For workflow implementation projects, we establish the baseline during the diagnostic and agree the measures, review period and acceptance criteria before implementation begins. We report observed changes and their limitations; we do not guarantee operational or business improvements.
Prices are for Regaldi’s work and exclude taxes.
External costs are billed at cost or paid by you directly: mailboxes and domains, paid data, phone minutes, document copies, and AI usage beyond an included allowance. A spending limit is agreed in advance.
Volumes are upper limits for the month. They are not a promise of meetings, sales or any other result.
The decision and the signature stay with your licensed professional. Our software and our assistant prepare the work.
Patient health information is excluded until the applicable Business Associate Agreements and required safeguards are in place.
Each order is scoped in writing before work begins. We invoice; payment on this site is not yet available.

Can we start with one product?

Yes. Legate, Studio and Quarry are sold on their own. An implementation can grow from any of them later.

What if the diagnostic shows we do not need a project?

You keep the report: the process map, the findings and the estimate. Nothing obliges you to continue.

Why a pilot before a full build?

A pilot proves one workflow inside your operation against criteria agreed in advance, before either side commits to a larger project.

Do you work outside Florida?

Implementations, Legate and Studio serve clients across the United States. Quarry covers Florida.

How do you handle patient information?

Patient health information is excluded until the applicable Business Associate Agreements and required safeguards are in place. Do not send patient information through this site.

Is there a free trial?

No. Legate can start with a pilot month at $1,490 instead of the standard $1,990. An implementation starts with the diagnostic, and its fee is credited once toward the project.
