Regaldi Private schools
For private schools  ·  Florida  ·  FES-EO, FES-UA and FTC

Prepare the lesson. Keep the school moving.

An AI assistant for Florida private schools participating in FES-EO, FES-UA and FTC. One school subscription. Tools for the front office and the teacher’s desk.

System-run means clerical work under the school’s configured review steps. Teachers decide every grade. School leaders retain their decisions.

Footage of people is AI-generated and illustrative. Product screens are faithful recreations of Regaldi interfaces on fictional demonstration data.
Film transcript

After the last bell, tomorrow's lesson is still on the teacher's desk.

Studio turns your curriculum folder into a fifth-grade fractions quiz. Two forms, an answer key, large print, PDF and Word. Two questions need your judgment. You decide what reaches the class. At the enrollment desk, Legate keeps the missing certificate, unsigned payment schedule and February first deadline visible. Your business office reviews outgoing work in the selected approval workflow.

Regaldi runs twenty-four of forty-five recurring processes with Studio and Legate, prepares thirteen for the teacher or school leader's decision, and leaves eight with them. Each process has a tool and a clear responsibility.

School staff decide. Suspected abuse is reported immediately by the person who suspects it. Regaldi never screens, delays or routes reports.

Follow up with families who asked. AI calls and marketing texts need the applicable consent.

Studio for preparation. Legate for follow-through. Your files, your screen, your school's review steps. The teacher keeps every grade. Your school keeps every decision that belongs to it.

In short

Regaldi LLC is a Florida software company that gives private schools taking FES-EO, FES-UA and FTC scholarships an AI assistant on one school subscription. Regaldi Studio serves the teacher’s desk and the school’s files, preparing teacher materials, enrollment files and scholarship paperwork, and Legate handles families, enrollment and follow-through. System-run means clerical work under the school’s configured review steps. Of the 45 recurring processes mapped for a school, Regaldi runs 24, prepares 13 for the teacher’s or school leader’s decision, and leaves 8 with the head of school and teachers, including admission decisions, aid awards, final grades, discipline and immediate abuse reporting. Teachers decide every grade, and there are no student accounts. Files stay in the school’s chosen folder; content read for a task is processed by Anthropic or OpenAI through Regaldi’s server. Work starts with one workflow and a written scope.

Your folder becomes tomorrow’s teaching materials.

Studio reads the curriculum and notes you choose, then prepares lesson materials, worksheets, quizzes with answer keys, and large-print versions as PDF and editable Word.

Two quiz forms. A points table. Questions that need your judgment, marked for you. You decide what to teach, what to assess, and every grade.

  • Lesson-plan draftsStudio
  • Report-card commentsStudio
  • Substitute packetsStudio
  • Parent-email draftsStudio

Teachers use Regaldi under the school’s subscription. No student accounts. No student-facing chat.

The teacher chooses differentiated materials and accommodations. Gradebook entries may be prepared, never posted as final by the assistant. Class emails remain drafts for the teacher to send; a child’s individual needs become a human conference.

Know what is missing before the next step.

Legate organizes the enrollment record and follow-up. Studio checks the school’s files and prepares the missing paperwork.

In the selected Legate approval workflow, the business office reviews the enrollment contract and attached payment schedule before it is sent for signature.

A signed contract is not a payment plan entered in your tuition system. Studio works on your school’s own screen and files, configured for your school. Regaldi does not bill, charge, collect, hold or move tuition or scholarship funds.

Illustrative workflow · Fictional demonstration data No real school, family or child. The compliance-form date is the school’s own deadline.
  • A contract’s agreed payment schedule is attached before sending. A missing schedule stops the chosen reminder workflow until the business office supplies an agreed plan.
  • An unsigned schedule is routed to that office for review; it is not silently marked signed.
  • Studio can flag missing amounts, missing plan records and bounced parent email addresses from the records provided.
  • The system does not decide admission, financial aid or whether a health exemption is valid.

Existing school systems

There is no student-information, tuition or scholarship-system connector. Studio works on the school’s own screen and files, configured per school.

Approval wording applies to the selected Legate workflow; it is not a technical lock on every message or computer action.

Put the deadline beside the file.

Studio assembles the documents. Legate tracks agreed reminders. Your head of school signs and your staff files.

The committee or the head decides recipient and amount under the school’s published criteria. No score or award recommendation comes from the system; letters follow the decision.
What the system does around it
The committee or the head decides recipient and amount. Records and letters are drafted only after the decision.

    Final grades Teacher

    Rule 6A-1.0957, F.A.C. (yardstick)
    What stays with people
AI is never the decision maker without human review; for a private school that public-school rule is a yardstick. The teacher decides every grade and the principal keeps school sign-off.
What the system does around it
The teacher decides every grade and the principal keeps school sign-off. Nothing becomes final through an AI decision.

Accommodation decisions School team · district

    34 CFR 300.137
    What stays with people
Parentally placed private-school students have no individual right to every service. The district decides its services plan; the school team chooses the school’s own supports.
What the system does around it
The school team chooses school supports and the district decides its own services. A person attends the district meeting.
  5. 30

    Family conferences Teacher · parent

    School judgment
    What stays with people
A conversation about a child’s needs happens between the teacher and the parent. Scheduling it does not replace it.
What the system does around it
The system schedules the conference and files the notes the teacher writes. Teacher and parent talk and agree the next steps.
  6. 31

    Discipline Head of school

    School handbook
    What stays with people
The head of school decides under the handbook. Records and letters follow the human decision.
What the system does around it
Records and letters are prepared only after the head’s decision. Nothing is decided by the system.
  7. 36

    Hiring decisions Head of school

    §1002.421(1)(m), F.S.
    What stays with people
The school verifies the required screening before employment and student access, and disqualification duties remain. The head of school decides.
What the system does around it
The head makes the employment decision after the required screening and checks; disqualification duties remain.

Assumptions editable

These defaults are illustrative assumptions, not measurements of any school. Office headcount changes the capacity comparison, not the workload. Admissions and re-enrollment peak from January through March. This calculator describes an average week.

Estimate

≈ 59.2 modeled hours per week

About 7.4% of 800 staff hours a week. Selected for evaluation: about 31.6 hours, 3.9% of those hours.

(200 students × 5 min + 16 teachers × 150 min + 6 inquiries × 25 min) ÷ 60 = 59.2 hours a week; × 53.3% = 31.6 selected for evaluation

An estimate from the assumptions shown, not a measurement of a school or a promise of time saved. Process counts are not time shares. Review and approval take time. Teacher work is often preparation for a decision, so the result depends on how much the teacher edits.

School notices to a number a family supplied stay within school business and emergency purposes. That permission does not authorize enrollment marketing. AI voice is artificial voice under FCC 24-17. Obtain the applicable prior express consent, including written consent for for-profit marketing and Florida automated unsolicited sales contact (§501.059, F.S.). A tax-exempt nonprofit’s federal exception is not a general exception to Florida law. No cold family contact is offered. An inbound call or text is not itself written marketing consent.

Honor reasonable revocations promptly. The research records a federal 10-business-day revocation window, Florida’s 15-day STOP provision and a 10-business-day commercial-email opt-out window; the operating policy is immediate suppression, not continued contact during those windows. Promotional email carries accurate sender details, advertising identification, a postal address and an opt-out. Transactional notices remain separate from marketing. Details

School obligations

The expanded obligations note, by topic. Each process on the map links here. General information, not legal advice.

Licensing and qualifications§§1002.42, 1002.421, F.S.

Florida private schools are not state-licensed institutions; scholarship participation has separate requirements. Teachers need the qualifying degree, experience or special expertise §1002.421 requires, and qualifications are published to parents. Required CPA, legal and teaching-certification work stays with appropriately qualified people.

Records and health§§1002.42(3), 1003.22, 1003.23, F.S.

The school keeps the daily enrollment and attendance register and the required permanent student information. Staff verify identity and release copies; closed-school record transfer duties remain. No general retention period for private-school records is invented.

Staff check the Department of Health certificate or a valid exemption before attendance and file the applicable annual report. Pending form renumbering is not presented as effective law. Fire and building-code duties stay with the facility.

Screening§1002.421(1)(m), (o), (p); §435.12, F.S.

The school verifies the required screening before student access, tracks rescreening and employment-history checks, and makes the hiring decision. Scholarship owners and operators have separate pre-engagement duties, and owners have the statutory fingerprint deadline after taking ownership. There is no universal Level 2 requirement for every employee of every non-scholarship private school; integral before- and after-care and child-care personnel rules need their own assessment.

Safety and ethics§§39.201, 39.205, 1006.061, F.S.

Required misconduct policies, training and hotline postings stay in place, including the applicable bilingual sign, and no confidentiality agreement hides misconduct. Reporting suspected abuse is immediate, personal and outside the system: Regaldi does not receive, screen, summarize, delay or route an abuse report, and the required postings are never a report intake.

The reach of the special institutional fine in §39.205(3) is not presented as a settled rule for K–12 schools.

FERPA and privacy34 CFR 99.31, 99.33; §501.171, F.S.

FERPA generally does not cover private K–12 schools without relevant U.S. Department of Education funding; Florida scholarship funds alone do not trigger it, direct federal grants can change the result, and district-delivered equitable services generally do not. The agreement still follows the FERPA school-official principles: direct control by the school, use only for the school’s task and no further disclosure.

Florida breach law and reasonable-security duties apply; if personal information is exposed, the school is told without delay so it can meet its notice duties, including Florida’s 30-day deadlines. Whether those duties reach a given nonprofit school is a question for counsel.

COPPA and AI16 CFR 312; rule 6A-1.0957, F.A.C. (yardstick)

This is a staff-only design: no student accounts and no student-facing chat, and no student companionship use. A student-facing service would need its own consent, security and retention design. No COPPA certification or blanket immunity is claimed.

The public-school AI rule effective October 29, 2026 is a yardstick, not a binding private-school rule or a certification: AI is not the decision maker without human review. Model-training conformity is not claimed before provider terms are settled.

Disability services34 CFR 300.132, 300.137; 42 U.S.C. 12181, 12187

Studio drafts the school’s own accommodation plan. District evaluation and services-plan decisions stay with the district, and parentally placed students do not have an individual entitlement to every service. The school’s internal plan is not called an IEP or a 504 plan; Section 504 depends on federal assistance. ADA Title III covers secular schools and tutoring centers, and the religious-entity exemption has a different scope. Qualified people decide the school’s obligations and supports.

Nondiscrimination and publicityTitle VI; Rev. Proc. 75-50; 16 CFR 255

Scholarship schools keep their Title VI duties; tax-exempt private schools keep the racial-nondiscrimination publicity, records and applicable annual IRS certification. Admission and aid have no automated scoring or ranking.

School ads state scholarship eligibility accurately and promise no results. A parent’s signed media release precedes any real student photo, story or testimonial, rewarded referrals are disclosed, and no testimonial is ever generated and presented as real.

Donors26 U.S.C. 170(f)(8), 6115

Acknowledgments for gifts of $250 or more and quid-pro-quo disclosures for payments over $75 are drafted from the actual gift record. Applicable commercial-email rules remain. Regaldi does not establish tax deductibility.

Calls, texts and emailFCC 16-88, 24-17; 47 CFR 64.1200; §§501.059, 501.616(6), F.S.; CAN-SPAM

School notices to a number a family supplied stay within school business and emergency purposes; that permission does not authorize enrollment marketing. AI voice is artificial voice under FCC 24-17. The applicable prior express consent is obtained, including written consent for for-profit marketing and Florida automated unsolicited sales contact. A tax-exempt nonprofit’s federal exception is not a general exception to Florida law. No cold family contact is offered, and an inbound call or text is not itself written marketing consent.

Sales calls stay within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., at most three on the same subject in 24 hours. Revocations are honored at once: the research records a federal 10-business-day window, Florida’s 15-day STOP provision and a 10-business-day commercial-email window, and the operating policy is immediate suppression. Promotional email carries accurate sender details, advertising identification, a postal address and an opt-out; transactional notices stay separate from marketing.

Money and tuition reminders§§559.55, 559.72, 1002.421(1)(f)2, F.S.

Regaldi does not charge, collect, hold or move tuition or scholarship funds, and parents approve scholarship transfers themselves. A signed contract is not a payment plan entered in the tuition system.

The business office controls the plan. No AI calls about money, no harassment and no contact from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Collection matters involving a represented parent go to the business office and counsel.

Scholarships§§1002.394, 1002.395, 1002.421, F.S.

The scholarship-funding organization decides eligibility and payments; Regaldi prepares the school’s paperwork for staff to submit and does not act for the parent. The annual survey date for scholarship participants is not a universal deadline for every private school, and school leaders keep accountability for admission health requirements and compliance.

A smaller front office still has recurring work.

Studio prepares your materials and progress-report drafts. Legate organizes inquiries, scheduling and agreed follow-up.

Tutoring centers have different obligations from scholarship-participating schools. Compulsory-attendance tutoring requires a valid Florida teaching certificate. Scholarship-paid tutoring has qualification requirements. Child-care licensing may apply to the actual service. For-profit marketing texts and AI calls require written consent. No student accounts or chat.

Start with one workflow.

Choose a recurring task, agree the access and review owner, then measure the result with your own staff.
