LEGATE 1.0  ·  SELF-DRIVING  ·  MULTI-TENANT  ·  SALES CRM

The sales CRM that runs itself.

The demand layer of the Regaldi stack.

Legate finds and wins the customer. You tell it what you want from sales in plain language, and it assembles the acquisition workflow that delivers it: it gathers and enriches leads, drafts the outreach, and runs it as a tracked sequence that follows up on its own. Nothing sends until a person approves it, and every client’s data is isolated from every other. Regaldi runs its own client acquisition through Legate.

The Workflow, Assembled From Intent

You describe the outcome you want from sales in plain language, and Legate assembles the workflow that delivers it: the steps, the branches, the timing, and the messages. Specialized agents coordinate the tools required to execute the plan, so the operator sets the intent and reviews the plan rather than wiring each step by hand. Nothing sends until a person approves it.

02

Prospect Discovery and Enrichment

The top of the funnel is built in. Legate gathers prospects from the sources you point it at, enriches each record with the context that makes outreach relevant, and scores the set so the strongest fits surface first. The operator approves which prospects enter active outreach.

03

Write and Send: Campaigns With Tracking

Legate drafts the outreach, personalizes it to each contact, and runs it as a campaign with open and click tracking, an A/B split to test what works, and CSV import to bring your existing contacts in. A company-level suppression list and one-click unsubscribe apply to every send, and sending is throttled per mailbox to protect deliverability. The controls that support responsible outreach and compliance practices are built in, not bolted on.

04

Follow-Up That Waits and Wakes

Behind the campaigns runs a workflow engine that moves a contact through a coordinated sequence: send, wait, check the result, branch, and send again. A step can sleep for days and wake on schedule, so the third-day follow-up fires whether or not anyone is at a desk. Every step, and the time it was taken, is recorded.

Human approval

Legate drafts and assembles the campaign; a person approves it before anything sends. The system proposes; the operator decides and remains accountable.

Suppression and unsubscribe

A company-level suppression list and one-click unsubscribe apply to every send, so a contact who opts out stays out across every campaign.

Tenant isolation

Each client’s data is scoped to that client at the application layer, with database row-level security designed as a backstop, so one tenant’s records do not surface in another’s queries.

Audit record

Consequential actions are written to a durable audit record: who did what, and when. The account of the work is kept, not reconstructed after the fact.

Functions are the means. This is the point.

Legate is not a demo. Version 1.0 is running in production inside Regaldi, its first tenant. Regaldi uses it to run its own client acquisition, so the system was exercised on real outreach before being opened to outside clients.

It is now being opened to a limited first group of clients. Onboarding proceeds under a written engagement: your existing lists are migrated and your workflows configured before you go live.

What is Legate, in one line?

Legate is a self-driving sales CRM that turns a sales goal into an approved, tracked acquisition workflow.

Does the AI send email on its own?

No. Legate drafts, personalizes, and assembles the campaign, but a person must approve it before anything sends. Every send applies a company-level suppression list and one-click unsubscribe, and sending is throttled per mailbox.

How is one client’s data kept separate from another’s?

Each record is scoped to its tenant at the application layer, with database row-level security as a backstop, so one tenant’s data does not surface in another’s queries. Consequential actions are written to a durable audit record.

Can we bring our existing contacts and campaigns?

Yes. Contacts import by CSV, and onboarding under a written engagement migrates your existing lists and configures your workflows before you go live. Tracking, A/B splits, and suppression apply from the first send.

Who is Legate for?

Small and mid-size sales teams that want prospecting, outreach, and follow-up run as one accountable system. It is the demand layer of the Regaldi stack, not a pharmacy dispensing system: regulated healthcare sales run on Herald, and sterile production runs on Ledger.

Is it production-ready?

Yes. Version 1.0 runs Regaldi’s own client acquisition in production and is now opening to a limited first client group. New clients onboard under a written engagement that opens with configuration and data migration before go-live.

Put it to work on your pipeline.

Legate 1.0 is opening to a first group of teams. Ask for a private walkthrough and we will show you the system running on a real pipeline, then scope what onboarding would look like for you. Write directly to Regaldi’s principal at office@regaldi.ai.
